GPU Unavailable / No Capacity

When OctoAI reports no GPU availability, it means all compute resources of the requested type are currently allocated to other workloads. This error is one of the most common pain points in AI infrastructure and affects developers, researchers, and production systems alike. GPU scarcity — particularly for high-end accelerators like NVIDIA A100, H100, and L40S — is a structural challenge: demand from AI training and inference workloads consistently outpaces the supply that cloud providers can provision.
